Application Does Not Guarantee Selection

All submitted applications will be reviewed by our team, but participation is limited and competitive. Selection will be based on several factors including communication ability, personal brand presence, leadership potential, and alignment with the business opportunities available. We reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant at our sole discretion. Feedback may not be provided for unsuccessful applications.

Commitment and Participation Requirements

If selected, you agree to actively participate in the co-building process of the assigned startup project. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attending strategy meetings and training sessions

• Participating in brand and marketing development

• Creating and publishing content as needed for social media and community growth

• Representing the brand publicly with integrity and consistency

• Being available for regular communication with our internal team

Failure to meet these expectations may result in termination of your role and forfeiture of any benefits or equity offered.

Intellectual Property & Ownership Structure

All business ideas, strategies, brand assets, and support resources provided by us are the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If selected, you will be offered an official agreement outlining:

• Your role and responsibilities as co-founder

• The equity structure and vesting schedule

• Any financial compensation (if applicable)

• Rights to any content or materials created during your engagement

• Terms for exiting or dissolving your involvement in the project

No equity or IP rights are conferred until this agreement is reviewed and signed by both parties.
